TESTIMONIALS - SPORT

          The Little Darling "January 2010"

I have had the pleasure of testing out the Revitalizer Deluxe Shower and Tap softener for 3 weeks. It was the most effective water treatment equipment that I have had the delight of using.  It was small, compact and took less than five minutes to attach to my shower head.

I live in a hard water area. The water became noticeably softer creating lather in a simple soap. There was less scum and my skin needed less moistening. Testament to the invigorating qualities. It was a pleasure to swallow the soft, clear water that came through the tap.

I give the Revitalizer my unreserved endorsement.

Ice Rink in Australian, Ice became faster, harder and crystal clear

We have conducted a test with the VWR on our ice surface over 45 days here are our results. We have found over the past years that a good all-round temperature for the ice is around -7.5 degrees Celsius with secondary refrigerant temperature of -10 degrees Celsius.

We heat our water to approximately 45 degrees Celsius, to allow new water laid to bond with existing ice, with out this heating ice surface comes rough and undesirable. We fitted a 1 inch stainless steel VWR to our Zamboni water filling station the water is not heated and varies in temperature from 10 degrees C to 19 degrees Celsius, results are:

Ice has become clearer making our lines more visible.

          Ice has become harder.

        1. The remarks from rink users (skaters) ice has become faster.

        2. Reduction in natural gas used resulting in reduced running cost (aprox $1000.00 per month) and reduction in carbon emissions.

        3. Reduction in electricity consumption water not being applied at 45 degrees Celsius.

        4. Due to the hardness of the ice we have raised our ice surface temp to -6.5 degrees Celsius and secondary refrigerant temperature to -9 degrees Celsius with no effect to ice surface, still hard and fast.

This results in further reduction in electrical energy costs (aprox $900.00 per month).
NOTE: This test has been carried out during the months of December and January which is summer in Australia with out door temperatures from 28 to 43 degrees Celsius.

We believe with these results the VWR is a must for all ice rinks wishing to provide a great ice surface for their patrons.

No sloshing - Won the tournament!

          Billy Jacobsen, WA, USA
          January 2004

I took a gallon jug full of the VWR water and used it while playing a one day pickle ball singles tournament. Pickle ball, which is sort of like mini tennis, is an intense hard played game that can last anywhere from 15-45 minutes.

I really sweat at these tournaments and often times have difficulty ingesting enough water due to sloshing around in the stomach, which in turn makes it uncomfortable to play. Many times after a tournament I would cramp up because I couldn't drink enough water to prevent cramping.

I was excited to test the VWR water out. I wound up drinking over the course of 4 matches almost the entire gallon of revitalized water and I was very pleased to find out that the water did not slosh around in my stomach. I drank even more VWR water when I got home. I am happy to say that I didn't cramp while playing. I won the tournament and my body was able to absorb all of this water with zero ill effects.

          Thank you,

          Billy Jacobsen, WA, USA
